Tee Time Reservation Policies

Booking Guidelines

• To ensure accuracy, please confirm the correct date and time when booking your tee time.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. (Your card will not be charged at this time.)
• Tee times can be reserved up to 14 days in advance.
• Each reservation accommodates a maximum of 4 players.
• All fees are due upon arrival at the course.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• To modify or cancel your tee time, please call us during daylight hours at (541) 549-4653 or visit us in person.
• Changes or cancellations cannot be processed through our website.
• Reservations not canceled within the 24-hour window will incur a "No Show Fee" for all players booked under the reservation, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
